Ingredients: Rooibos (Aspalathus Lineari), Rose Petals (Rosa spectabilis).
Flavour: Like black tea without tannins
Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes for desired strength. Serve with or without milk, hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste.
